Behind Spiritual Alfa stands Mariusz Ryciak. He spent years searching for a path to conscious living and closeness in a relationship — from "tough" masculinity to new age — to finally understand: real change begins with understanding yourself and the other side.
HOW IT STARTED?
For years I played different roles. I was the "tough guy" who doesn't show emotions. Then I went through the new age phase — candles, meditations, the universe. None of these paths were true; each was full of contradictions and lies to myself.
The breakthrough came when I stopped fighting myself and started connecting what seemed contradictory — strength and sensitivity, action and awareness, responsibility and freedom. I understood I don't have to choose. I can be assertive and empathetic at the same time.
